Ricardo de Pascual, a Mexican actor and comedian known for roles in El Chavo del Ocho, Senda de gloria and Camaleones, died on April 21, 2026, at the age of 85.
Born in Mexico City on August 21, 1940, he began his acting career in 1958 under the auspices of Chucho Salinas and Héctor Lechuga and later worked in theatre. In 1972, he joined Roberto Gómez Bolaños’s productions and became a recurrent performer in the Chespirito shows, where he was remembered for multiple roles, including a rich businessman in El Chavo del Ocho.
