Gopalrao Patil, an Indian politician and former Rajya Sabha member, died on April 21, 2026.
He was 94. Patil was a Bharatiya Janata Party member and served as a member of the Rajya Sabha from 1994 to 2000.
He was born on October 3, 1931, in Latur, Maharashtra, India. He also contested the Latur Lok Sabha seat in the 1998 and 1999 Indian general elections and served as president of Shivchhatrapati Shikshan Sanstha, which runs Rajarshi Shahu College in Latur.
