Terry Tobacco, a Canadian Olympic runner who competed in the 1956 and 1960 Games, died on March 2, 2026, at age 90.

Born Charles Terence Tobacco in Cumberland, British Columbia, on March 2, 1936, he first drew attention at 15 after winning both the 100- and 220-yard races at the Island high school championships. He made the national team at 17 for the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Vancouver, where he won a bronze medal in the 440-yard race and a silver in the 4×440-yard relay.
