Ronnie Eldridge Activist, businesswoman, politician, television host dead at age 95

Ronnie Eldridge, an American politician, died on March 4, 2026, in New York City at age 95.

Born Roslynn Myers in Manhattan on January 30, 1931, she was also an activist, businesswoman and television host. Eldridge earned a political science degree from Barnard College, worked as an executive producer at Channel 13, and later hosted the weekly CUNY TV program “Keeping Relevant.” In 1977, she left the network to enter politics and run for Manhattan borough president, and later worked in community and government affairs.

Roslynn Eldridge (née Myers; January 30, 1931 – March 4, 2026) was an American activist, businesswoman, politician, and television host. She was the host of Keeping Relevant, a weekly television talk show on CUNY TV, the television station of the City University of New York.
