Bob Novogratz, an American football player and College Football Hall of Fame inductee, died on April 15, 2026, at the age of 89.
He played college football for the Army Cadets from 1957 to 1958 as a guard and linebacker. In 1958, he was named a first-team guard by the Football Writers Association of America on its College Football All-America Team and received the Knute Rockne Memorial Trophy as the outstanding lineman of the year.
Novogratz was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame on January 14, 2026.
