Marcos Conigliaro

Marcos Conigliaro, an Argentine football player and manager, died on March 19, 2026.

Born in Quilmes on December 9, 1942, he was a forward known for his technical ability. He played in Argentina and abroad, including for Chacarita Juniors and Estudiantes de La Plata, where he joined in 1965.

With Estudiantes, he won three Copa Libertadores titles and the 1968 Intercontinental Cup, scoring the only goal in the first leg against Manchester United. He also managed Unión de Santa Fe.

Marcos Norberto Conigliaro (December 9, 1942 – March 20, 2026) was an Argentine football coach and professional player.
