
Daniel Migliore, an American theologian and author who was professor emeritus of theology at Princeton Theological Seminary, died on March 4, 2026.
Born in 1935, he earned a Bachelor of Divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary and received an M.A. and Ph.D.
from Princeton University. An ordained Presbyterian minister, he was a member of the Presbytery of New Brunswick and taught in local congregations. He also received an honorary doctorate in humane letters from Westminster College in Pennsylvania. Princeton Seminary established the Daniel L. Migliore Distinguished Presidential Award for Faithful Leadership in 2005.
