Sudhakar, an Indian politician and Karnataka MLA, died on May 10, 2026, from complications following knee surgery. He was 66.
Sudhakar served as a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly from 2004 to 2018 and again from 2023. He represented Challakere in 2004 and Hiriyur in 2008 and 2013, and he also served as a Cabinet Minister in the Government of Karnataka. He was appointed chairman of the Karnataka State Electronics Development Corporation Limited in 2016.
