Born on August 5, 1953, in Silpata, in Rajasthan’s Kotkasim area of Alwar, he was associated with the Bharatiya Janata Party. Yadav served as a member of Parliament from 1999 to 2004.
He later represented the Behror constituency in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly from 2008 to 2018, and returned to the assembly in 2023. In the Rajasthan government, he held cabinet responsibilities for skills development, labour and employment, factory and boiler inspection, and the Employees’ State Insurance and Industrial Training Institute portfolios.
