Born in Uccle on March 30, 1943, she worked as a self-taught artist in the naïve style and was the daughter of painter Ginette Javaux. From 1979 onward, she took part in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Belgium and abroad, and later lived and worked in Méthamis, in France’s Vaucluse region.
