Bill Patmon, an American politician who served on the Cleveland City Council from 1990 to 2001 and in the Ohio House of Representatives from 2011 to 2018, died on April 12, 2026, at age 80.
Born in Cleveland on February 13, 1946, Patmon grew up there and graduated from Eastern Michigan University. He served on the Cleveland City Council for 11 years and was chairman of its Finance Committee from 1999 to 2001.
He later represented Ohio’s 10th House District from 2011 to 2018.
