Born in Oslo on May 10, 1944, Horge began his acting career in 1971. He appeared in many Norwegian films and television series, with his film work stretching from the 1970s through 2026.
His television work included guest appearances on Tonight med Timothy Dahle, Melonas, Seks som oss and Senkveld med Thomas og Harald. When Håvard Lilleheie launched The Man Show in 2006, Horge joined the cast in two roles: Emil’s father and Rolf “Ni-seks” Hansen. In 2007, he played the lead role in the animated film Janus, which won the Amanda Award for best short film. Horge often appeared in films alongside the duo Wam and Vennerød.
