Frank Grønlund, the Norwegian footballer and football official who played for Lillestrøm SK and the Norway national team, died on September 29, 2026, aged 73.
Grønlund was capped twice for Norway and later moved into coaching, serving as player-coach of Skeid from 1984 to 1985 and of Aurskog/Finstadbru from 1987 to 1989. From 1991, he held a series of senior posts at Lillestrøm SK, including director of sports, managing director, chairman and chief executive.
