Sergio Ojeda Uribe, a Chilean politician and deputy in the Chamber of Deputies of Chile, died on March 22, 2026, at the age of 83.
Born in Riachuelo on March 12, 1943, he served as a deputy from 1990 to 2018. Ojeda also served as president of the Bar Association of Osorno and vice president of the Valdivia Bar Association.
He was married to María Mercedes Schmidt and had four children.
