Predrag Koraksić Corax, a Serbian political caricaturist, died on May 16, 2026, at the age of 92.
Born on June 15, 1933, in Gornja Gorevnica near Čačak, then in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, he worked as a political caricaturist from 1950 onward. He signed his work as Corax using Latin characters and spelling.
His parents, Stojan and Zorka Koraksić, were teachers; his father was killed in 1941 during World War II by Chetniks, and Corax spent four years as a refugee.
