Tommy McMillan, the Scottish footballer who played for Aberdeen and Falkirk, died on February 7, 2026, at the age of 81.
Born in Paisley on June 26, 1944, he played as a central defender and began his career with Johnstone Burgh and Neilston Juniors before signing for Aberdeen in 1965. He won a Scottish Cup winners’ medal with the club in 1970, moved to Falkirk in 1972 and later served as player-manager at Inverness Thistle and manager of Fraserburgh.
He later worked as a taxi driver in Aberdeen.
