Suki Lahav, the Israeli violinist, singer and lyricist who was a member of Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band from September 1974 to March 1975, died on April 1, 2026, at age 74.

Born Tzruya Lahav on July 16, 1951, in Ayelet HaShahar, Israel, she was also a vocalist, actress, screenwriter and novelist. After returning to Israel, she found success there.

Lahav lived in Jerusalem at the time of her death.

Tzruya (or Tsruya) “Suki” Lahav (Hebrew: צרויה להב; 16 July 1951 – 1 April 2026) was an Israeli violinist, vocalist, actress, lyricist, screenwriter, and novelist. She was a member of Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band from September 1974 to March 1975, then returned to Israel and found success there.
