
Robert Cluck, an American politician and mayor of Arlington, Texas, from 2003 to 2015, died on April 14, 2026, at the age of 87.
Born Robert Nance Cluck Jr. in Cisco, Texas, on March 20, 1939, he served two terms on the Arlington City Council before being elected mayor in May 2003, representing Council District 4.
He was defeated by Jeff Williams in 2015. Cluck also served as vice president for medical affairs at Arlington Memorial Hospital, a position he held since 2002, and had previously been medical director at Arlington Memorial Hospital and Harris Methodist Health Plan.
