Joni Lamb, the American Christian broadcaster who co-founded and led Daystar Television Network, died on May 7, 2026, of complications from a spinal injury.

She was 65. Born Joni Trammell on July 19, 1960, in Greenville, South Carolina, she was involved with Christian television since the mid-1980s.

Lamb co-founded Daystar with her late husband, Marcus Lamb, after the couple began broadcasting Bible teaching in Montgomery, Alabama, and later expanded in Dallas before establishing the network in 1998.
