The aircraft was carrying Ukrainian Interior Minister Denys Monastyrsky, his deputy Yevhen Yenin, and State Secretary Yurii Lubkovych among the passengers. The crash killed 14 people, including the three officials aboard, and four people on the ground, including one child.
