William Lukuvi, a Tanzanian politician and presidential adviser who served as a Member of Parliament from 2015 and as minister of lands from 2015 to 2022, died on March 25, 2026, after a heart attack.
He was a CCM politician and represented the Ismani constituency. Lukuvi completed a Master of Arts in political science at the Open University of Tanzania.
In June 2023, President Samia Suluhu Hassan appointed him as an adviser on political and social relations.
William Vangimembe Lukuvi (15 August 1955 – 25 March 2026) was a Tanzanian CCM politician who was a Member of Parliament for Ismani constituency. Until 8 January 2022, he was the Minister for Lands, Housing and Human Settlement Development. He completed Master of Arts in political science at Open University of Tanzania.
