Born in Winterberg on December 23, 1943, she moved to France at 17 and later worked in Paris before studying acting. Lang made her film debut in The Murderer Knows the Score in 1963 and appeared in a supporting role in The Champagne Murders in 1967.
She worked frequently with her husband, director Samuel Fuller, and also appeared in White Dog, Dead Pigeon on Beethoven Street, Land of Plenty, No Fear, No Die, Nickelodeon and Thieves After Dark.
