Born in Houston, Texas, in 1973, he played college football for the TCU Horned Frogs at Texas Christian University before being selected by the Raiders in the second round of the 1995 NFL draft. Robbins was elected to the Pro Bowl in 2002.

Barret Glenn Robbins (August 26, 1973 – March 26, 2026) was an American professional football player who was a center for nine seasons with the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League (NFL).
