Vladimir Molchanov, the Russian television host and journalist, died on May 12, 2026, at the age of 75.
Born in Moscow on October 7, 1950, he was a Soviet and Russian TV and radio host, speaker and journalist. Molchanov was a writer and host of the television program “Before and after midnight” in the late 1980s and early 1990s on Soviet television.
He had been a member of the Russian Television Academy since 1994 and headed the studio of the Faculty of Journalism at Moscow.
