Bagi Kumar Verma, an Indian politician and Bihar legislator, died on May 11, 2026, at age 77.
He served in the Bihar Legislative Assembly for three terms, representing Makhdumpur twice and Kurtha once. Verma was a former minister in the Bihar government under Lalu Prasad Yadav and was associated at different times with the Rashtriya Janata Dal and Janata Dal (United).
He was the son of Bihar politician Upendra Nath Verma.
