Brennan, an American property master and set dresser, died on February 28, 2026, from complications of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. He was 59.
Brennan worked on films including Hard Eight, John Wick: Chapter 2, Free Guy, American Hustle, Shutter Island and Greyhound. He also art directed Box of Moonlight, his first and only film in that role, and set dressed the first season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
