Born in Amsterdam on October 30, 1969, he discovered hip-hop culture and breakdancing in 1984. In 1997, he released the Dutch-language single “Wat Nou!” as his debut.
The following year, he won the TMF Award for best rap act, the first TMF Award presented in the rap category to a Dutch artist. In 2003, Özince left his label Top Notch/Virgin and later made guest appearances on several CDs, including Brainpower’s Door marrow en brain.
