Samih Tabila, a Palestinian politician and architect who served as minister of transport and communications, died on March 15, 2026, at the age of 75.
A member of Fatah, he held the transport and communications portfolio from 2015 to 2019 and served two terms as mayor of Nablus, from 2015 to 2017 and again from 2019 to 2021. Tabila was born in Nablus on December 17, 1950, and died there.
