Born on January 6, 1932, in Nakhchivan, he later became known as a Soviet scientist and chemist in Kazakhstan. He served as president of the Association of Kurds in Kazakhstan, known as Berbang, and as first vice-president of the Engineering Academy of Kazakhstan.
Nadirov also directed the Neft scientific center and, in 1992, spoke publicly about the mass deportation of Kurds in the former Soviet Union during the 1930s and 1940s.
