Los Piojos, an Argentine drummer associated with the band Los Piojos, died on March 20, 2026.

Los Piojos was an Argentine rock band that became one of the seminal bands of the 1990s Argentine music scene. The group was known for a style that evolved across successive albums and incorporated elements of murga, candombe and tango into an electric guitar base.

Its origins date to 1987, when a group of friends from different cities began playing music in the pubs of the western suburbs of Buenos Aires. In 1991, the band traveled to Europe to take part in an anti-racist music festival in France.

Los Piojos (Spanish: The Lice) is an Argentine rock band. Extremely popular, it became one of the seminal bands of the 1990s Argentine music scene.
