Jim Colbert, an American professional golfer, died on May 10, 2026, at the age of 85.
Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, on March 9, 1941, he attended Kansas State University, where he finished second in the NCAA golf championships in 1964 and graduated in 1965. He turned professional that year and won eight times on the PGA Tour, including twice in 1983, when he finished a career-best 15th on the money list.
As a senior, Colbert won 20 tournaments on the Champions Tour, including the 1993 Senior Players Championship.
