Jean Raquin, a French politician and farmer who served as a member of the General Council of Jura from 1994 to 2015 and as its president from 2008 to 2011, died on May 3, 2026.
He represented the Canton of Bletterans in the council and was a member of the Union for a Popular Movement. Raquin was born on December 4, 1935, in Iguerande, France, and died in Lons-le-Saunier at the age of 90.
