Irina Shevchuk, a Russian actress, died on February 24, 2026.
Born in Murmansk on October 6, 1951, she graduated from VGIK in 1972 and then worked at the Dovzhenko Film Studios. From 1983, she was an actress at the Gorky Film Studio.
Her films included The Dawns Here Are Quiet (1972) and White Bim Black Ear. She also served as vice president of the Kinoshock Open Film Festival of CIS and Baltic countries and, since 2000, as vice president of the Russian Film Actors Guild.
Irina Borisovna Shevchuk (Russian: Ирина Борисовна Шевчук; 6 October 1951 – 24 February 2026) was a Russian actress.
