Feliksas Bajoras, a Lithuanian composer and academic, died on May 18, 2026, at the age of 91.
Born in Alytus on October 7, 1934, he studied violin at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, where he became a professor in 1991. A student of Vincas Bacevičius, Bajoras’s work was associated with dodecaphony, aleatoric music, and Lithuanian folklore.
He died in Vilnius.
