Fahad Al-Mejmed, a Kuwaiti footballer, died on March 8, 2026, at the age of 33.
Fahad Abdulaziz Al-Mejmed was also a military officer in the General Directorate of Land Border Security. A centre-back, he played for Al Qadsia SC until 2019 and spent part of that period on loan at Al-Salmiya SC, before returning to Salmiya on a permanent basis in 2019.
He remained there until his retirement on July 29, 2025. Al-Mejmed was capped three times by the Kuwait national team in 2014 and scored his only international goal in a 2–2 draw against Kyrgyzstan on May 16, 2014. He was the brother of Soud Al-Mejmed.
Fahad Abdulaziz Al-Mejmed (Arabic: فهد عبد العزيز المجمد; 17 October 1992 – 8 March 2026) was a Kuwaiti footballer and military officer in the General Directorate of Land Border Security. He was Soud Al-Mejmed’s brother.
