Daryl Cumming, an Australian footballer who played for Richmond, died on February 24, 2026, aged 74.
Born on 15 May 1951, he played in the VFL during the 1970s for Richmond, Melbourne, North Melbourne and South Melbourne. Cumming was part of a successful Richmond side and competed in finals every year from his debut season in 1971 to 1975.
He played in two Grand Finals, winning one in 1974, and kicked a career-high five goals in a win over Hawthorn at Glenferrie Oval in 1972.
