Sophie Faucher, a Canadian actress known for Bethune: The Making of a Hero, Ding et Dong and The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas, died on June 9, 2026, in Montreal.
She was 68. Born in Montreal on April 10, 1958, Faucher studied at the Conservatoire d’art dramatique de Montréal and built much of her career in dubbing.
The daughter of film director Jean Faucher and actress Françoise Faucher, she also worked as an actor, dub actor and screenwriter.
