Don Stallings, an American football player who played for the Washington Redskins, died June 9, 2026, at age 87.
Born Alva Donald Stallings on November 18, 1938, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, he played defensive line in the National Football League after starring at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Stallings was selected in the fifth round of the 1960 NFL draft and went on to spend his professional career with Washington.
