Born in Ankara on July 8, 1975, and also known as Serhat Mustafa Kılıç, he worked as an actor and TV-radio presenter. He studied at Bilkent University School of Music and Performing Arts, where he graduated from the Theater Department with honors in 1998 after enrolling on a scholarship in 1994.
Kılıç began his stage career in a 1998 production of Widows at Ankara Art Theatre and later worked at Diyarbakır State Theatre. His screen credits included the long-running series Seksenler, in which he played Ergun, as well as Kış Uykusu, for which he was nominated for a SİYAD award, and the series Söz.
