Prince Waly died at age 34,French rapper, paraneoplastic pemphigus

Prince Waly, a French rapper, died of paraneoplastic pemphigus on October 4, 2026, aged 34.

Born Moussa Magassa in Montreuil, Seine-Saint-Denis, on December 24, 1991, he began his rap career as one half of Big Budha Cheez, a duo with his childhood friend Fiasko Proximo. His early work was also connected with Exepoq Organisation, of which he was a member.

Alongside this duo and collective activity, Waly collaborated with rappers from across the Francophone scene. Those named among his collaborators were Freeze Corleone, Alpha Wann, Jazzy Bazz, Makala, Luidji, Ali, Myth Syzer, Triplego, Ichon and Loveni. His solo releases were more limited: Moussa, released on September 30, 2022, was his first and only solo album. The album came after his start in rap with Big Budha Cheez and his involvement in Exepoq Organisation, and it was the sole full-length project identified as a solo release in the biographical account. The account of his career thus records group work with Fiasko Proximo, membership in a collective, collaborations with a number of French-speaking rappers and the 2022 album under his own name. Together, those details trace the documented course of his music career, from his early duo work to his one solo album.
