Mariella Mularoni, a Sammarinese politician and former captain regent, died on May 29, 2026, at age 63.
Born in the City of San Marino on October 15, 1962, she served as captain regent alongside Luca Boschi from October 1, 2019, to April 1, 2020. Mularoni also held the office of secretary of health and was a member of the Grand and General Council for two consecutive terms beginning in 2013.
Outside elected office, she worked as an English-language teacher at the middle school and high school of Titano from 1987.
