He was the founder of 1320Video, an automotive media brand known for coverage of street racing, drag racing, and car culture. Loftis founded the company in 2003, before social media became central to automotive media, and began by photographing and recording cars for online forums.
Born in Lincoln, Nebraska, on September 21, 1982, he later worked at PayPal for more than nine years after graduating from college before leaving to focus on 1320Video full time.
