A national of Togo, he worked as an environmental defender and was known for communications roles with consumer groups in the country. He headed communications for the Association togolaise des consommateurs and, in 2021, became communications lead for the Ligue des consommateurs du Togo, a campaign organized within the Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et des Postes.
In the year before that appointment, he took part in discussions on promoting local products and urged greater consumption of goods made in Togo. He died in Lomé.
