Frank Barrow, the English rugby league footballer and coach, died on July 22, 2026.

Born in St Helens, Lancashire, on January 11, 1943, he played as a fullback for St Helens and Leigh and also represented Lancashire. After his playing career, Barrow moved into coaching, taking charge of Oldham and Swinton.

He also founded the amateur club Thatto Heath in 1981 and later returned to St Helens as an assistant coach to Alex Murphy after a spell with Swinton, where he was in charge when the club reached the 1988–89 Divisional Premiership final.
