Dennis Hull, a Canadian ice hockey player who spent most of his NHL career with the Chicago Black Hawks and also played for the Detroit Red Wings, died on May 30, 2026, at age 81.

Born Dennis William Hull on November 19, 1944, in Belleville, Ontario, he became a left winger known as “the Silver Jet” and skated alongside his brother Bobby Hull for eight seasons in Chicago. Over a long career, he scored more than 300 goals and earned induction into Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame.
