Caitlin O’Heaney, the American actress best known for her lead role in the television adventure series “Tales of the Gold Monkey,” died on May 18, 2026, at age 73.
Born Kathleen Heaney in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she grew up in Whitefish Bay and later won a full scholarship to the Juilliard School in New York City at 17. At Juilliard, she was part of Drama Division Group 3 from 1970 to 1974.
O’Heaney built a career across television, film and stage, with other screen credits including “The Charmings,” in which she played Snow White Charming in the series’ first season.
