Also known as Scott Douglas Robbe, he was a founding member of ACT UP and Queer Nation and later established Feed Your Head Productions in 2009. His work spanned theater, film and television, beginning with False Promises for the San Francisco Mime Troupe and continuing with productions On Broadway and Off Broadway in New York, including Harvey Fierstein’s Safe Sex at the Lyceum Theater.

Robbe’s film credits included In the King of Prussia, where he worked as associate producer and production manager for Emile de Antonio, and his television work included projects for Lifetime, Comedy Central, VH1, WonderWorks, Children’s Television Workshop, Bravo and American Playhouse.
