Pierre Neuville, the Belgian poker player known as the “Serial PokerStars Qualifier,” died on August 26, 2026, aged 83.
Born in Montigny-le-Tilleul on January 2, 1943, he built a reputation on the tournament circuit for his record 23 consecutive qualifications for the EPT Main Event. Neuville was also the oldest member of PokerStars Team Pro and reached the final table of the 2015 World Series of Poker Main Event, finishing seventh.
Before his poker career, he had studied at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and later worked in business, including as founder of a toy company that was sold to Hasbro.
