Michel Stievenard, a French footballer, died on May 29, 2026, at the age of 88.
Born in Waziers on September 21, 1937, he spent his club career with RC Lens from 1954 to 1961 and Angers SCO from 1961 to 1969. Stievenard earned two caps for France in 1960 and was included in the squad for that year’s European Nations’ Cup.
