Howard Moscoe, a Canadian politician and former Toronto city councillor, died on May 23, 2026.
He was 86. Moscoe served on Toronto City Council from 1978 to 2010 and represented Ward 15 in the western part of Eglinton-Lawrence.
A member of the New Democratic Party, he was among the city’s longest-serving councillors. Before entering municipal politics, he worked as a high school teacher in Toronto.
